OBJECTIVES |
 |
First of all, the project will assist several organizations for the Emas registration.
35 organizations will be selected among the most motivated ones (5 local authorities, 10 service companies and 20 industries, primarily SMEs); the main aim of the project is to lead half the group to the Emas Certification.
The local authorities and the service organizations have been included to promote and spread Emas in different fields.
Then, the project will involve the stakeholders using Emas as a tool of local policy and integrating it with other tools like Agenda 21 and the voluntary agreements.
After all, the project will put forward a proposal to integrate the Emas regulations, define the qualifications of the actions in the cluster and find a form of acknowledgment for the local participants, committed to the realization of it (also to adjust Emas to the SMEs requirements, according to the 6th Action Programme). |
